g63 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. g63 does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account. g63 reserves the right to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.
Deposits are credited to your g63 account balance in real time in most cases. In the event of a technical delay, please contact g63 customer support with your transaction reference number. g63 is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider or banking institution.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your g63 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability. g63 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, though most requests are completed within 24 hours.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete g63's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, g63 reserves the right to void any pending withdrawals and forfeit any bonus balances. Real money balances that are not associated with any breach may be returned to the player following completion of any applicable investigation, at g63's discretion.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their g63 account may do so by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, g63 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the g63 platform, including but not limited to:
g63's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the g63 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with g63 through good-faith negotiation by contacting g63 customer support. g63 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent g63 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.
